WRLW stores workspace account information, imported business records, page drafts, and research sources to provide its publishing tools. API credentials are encrypted on the server.

When an authorized workspace user enables AI drafting, relevant business descriptions and website research are sent to the configured AI provider. When you request a Google rating, business identifying details may be sent to Google Maps Platform to find the correct place. WRLW retains the matched place ID; it does not keep a permanent copy of Google's rating response.

Website hosting and application storage are provided through Vercel and its connected database service. Workspace owners control the business information published on their pages. Contact the workspace owner for corrections to a provider record.

Google Maps features

Use of Google Maps features is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Ratings are provided by Google Maps and can change. No rating is invented when a business cannot be matched.
